Do you actually answer your Contact Form submissions? How often do you check for new submissions and how soon do you respond?

Yes!  You may often wonder where your questions go or if you will ever hear back when contacting companies via Contact Form.  Your questions are very important to us and we do respond to each and every submission (okay, except for occasional junk)! 
 
Here's what happens:  Your submissions are sent directly to a specific address which is consistently monitored throughout the day and will alert us of new submissions.  We do our best to respond within 4 (business) hours, but often, we may be able to respond sooner (during business hours Monday - Friday 8-5 CST, excluding major holidays).  You will receive a contact name and toll-free phone number along with your response so that you may call us personally if you wish!
 
*Please Note* We do receive a larger number of inquiries over the weekend which will take additional time to respond to once we return on Monday morning.  We will give priority to those issues that require immediate attention. 
 
For Example:  If you place an order and need to make a correction before shipment such as address or filter size/type, we will consider that a priority and resolve the issue as soon as possible!
