Contact Form: Yes, we do answer our contact forms! Please allow 1 business day, but the majority of our contact forms are answered the same day within a short period of time (within business hours). Contact forms submitted during the weekend will be answered on Mondays.

Phone: Prefer to speak with us in person? Not a problem! We do not operate a call center, so you will be speaking with someone who is knowledgeable in the world of filtration and you will receive friendly, personal assistance with answers to all of your questions relating to your filtration needs. Please do not be concerned about leaving a voicemail if your call is not answered when you 1st call. You are important to us and we will return your call as soon as possible during normal business hours 9-5 Central Monday-Friday.
