Placing An Order
What if my item is not in stock at the time of my order?
Our production team does a great job of keeping our filter sizes stocked. Our inventory management software system consistently monitors our stock levels in real time. We have a separate full-time production team dedicated solely to internet orders.
If you place an order and your item is not in stock at that time, you will probably never even know the difference! Production orders are immediately generated for these items which will usually be made and ready to ship in 24 hours.
Note: While there are many filter types that we manufacture here (including custom filters), there are some that we do not carry in stock such as many of our Whole House Air Cleaner replacement filters. These are ordered from a reliable supplier that ships our orders directly to you within 24 hours of receiving the order from us. We place orders for these filters at least twice daily to ensure that your wait time will be as short as possible! As a rule, orders for these filters will ship to you within 48 hours.
* If we are out of an item that we normally carry in stock but do not manufacture here, (example: Flanders Poly Filters) we willdo our best to contact you with an expected date of shipment. We make every effort to keep these items fully stocked at all times to avoid shipment delays.
