Is it possible to exchange my filters if I ordered the incorrect size?
Yes, but not in one transaction. A new order will need to be placed for the correct size.
Note: We would like to be able to do this without requiring a new order, but we are unable to do so because of fraud/security regulations put in place to protect you that we must follow.
