What is your Return Policy?
If you have ordered the incorrect filters by mistake, we do accept returns on (unused in new condition) standard stock filters. You will be responsible for return shipping. Once the filters are received, you will receive a credit less the shipping fees that we paid to ship the original order to you. Please contact us for an RMA# and we will advise you of the original shipping fees and the amount that you can expect to be credited for the returned filters. If you want to exchange your filters for the correct size, we will be happy to assist you and handle the transaction as simply as possible! Returns are usually processed within 3 business days once received. A receipt for the credit will be forwarded to you via email.
