Why do I get a refund less the original shipping charges if shipping was free on my order?
Although shipping is free to the customer, there are still shipping charges that are paid on every order. These charges are not added to your order as they are paid by us.
This is a benefit that we are happy to offer on all filter orders, but we are only able to cover these charges 1 time for each order that is kept by the customer.
If you have made a mistake and need to return your filters, the original shipping fees that you saved on the order will be deducted from the refund. This does not apply if we have made an error in shipment.
