What if my shipment has been damaged?
Luckily, this is occurs very infrequently. But, it does happen from time to time.
You do not need to contact FedEx.
We will handle this on your behalf as the items are shipped on our account. Please just Contact Us with the details of the damage so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction!
