PLEASE NOTE:
For best performance, replace the catalyst and bulbs every 24 months.
The metal insert (catalyst insert) SHOULD NOT BE WASHED. Washing will destroy the titanium oxide coating and will render the catalyst ineffective.
If odor removal subsides significantly within a 24 month period your catalyst is likely spent or saturated from doing its job. Reducing or eliminating odors at their source will extend the life of the catalyst.
