General Air Filter Information
The Lysol Elite Pleated Air Filter is up to 70 times more effective
than spun glass on sub micron sized particles. It is micro pleated
and has about four times the surface area of flat panel air filters
and three times the surface area of a standard pleat. It is designed
to provide allergy relief and the low airflow resistance allows for
better equipment operation and helps save energy. The added layer
of Antimicrobial protection on the filter helps prevent growth of
odor causing bacteria. The filter media is electrostatically charged
and the air filter lasts up to 90 days.

The Lysol Elite Pleated Air Filter has about four times as much
filtering surface area as an ordinary flat panel spun glass filter
and about three times as much as a standard pleated.. This greater
filtering surface reduces airflow restriction for better fuel
economy and allows greater loading for longer life.
For Your Protection
Unlike unwrapped filters that collect dust and dirt sitting on
store shelves, Lysol Elite Pleated is sealed fresh a the factory,
so it's 100% clean and ready to work when you unwrap it.
IMPORTANT
Running your furnace or central air conditioner with a blocked
air filter of any type may result in damage to the fan motor or
compressor. Due to the exceptionally high particle removal efficiency
of the Lysol Elite Pleated filter, it is very important that the
filter be checked regularly to ensure it is providing normal airflow.
In controlled test conditions, this air filter will provide maximum
performance for up to 90 days. However, in certain high dust conditions,
it may reach it's maximum dust holding capacity in a shorter period
of time.
Ordinary furnace filters are designed to protect heating and
cooling equipment from the insulating properties of relatively
large airborne particles. The Lysol Elite goes far beyond that,
removing even those microscopic particles that stain walls and
