RETURN POLICY
We will place a credit on your credit card for the entire order amount less our cost to ship the original order to you. You must pay the freight to return the product to USHomeFilter and the filters must be in saleable condition when they arrive. UPS will not insure the filters as they are presently packaged. Please contact for complete instructions and we will advise you of what the original freight costs are. There are no forms to fill out – we do our best to handle returns/exchanges as efficiently and conveniently as possible. If you would like to exchange your filters, we will be happy to assist you in determining the correct size!
AVOID RETURN ISSUES
If you are not sure of the filter size you need, measure
your existing filter. If you are not sure of the filter size you need, measure
your existing filter. The actual size and the printed
(approximate) size may not be the same. We do have actual size information expressed
with each filter we sell. Please contact
